Alain Bonneaud is an international expert in the field of IT service management best practices and standards (ITIL®, ISO/IEC 20000, Lean IT), Information System Governance (COBIT®, ISO/IEC 38500) and Information Security and Risk Management (ISO/IEC 27001, RESILIA™, ISO/IEC 27005). He is also PRINCE2® certified.
Alain regularly works as a Governance and Transformation Senior Manager with major international groups, to assist them in implementing IS Governance and IT Service Management (ITSM) as well as setting up and/or auditing their information security management system.
As founder of 2AB & Associates, Alain has also been accredited for several years to deliver ITIL® (Foundation, Intermediate and MALC), RESILIA™, Lean IT, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27005 and COBIT® certifying training courses.
Alain is also Head of Delegation of Ivory Coast to ISO. In this context, he is co-editor of the international standards ISO/IEC 27013 (Integrated Implementation of ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 in Enterprise, published in 2013) and ISO 20000.
