In the meantime, Eric De Schepper announces the organisation of a Black Belt Lean Healthcare certification training course (in French). This 6-day training course consists of 3 modules of 2 days each. Between each module, a gap of several days will allow the absorption of the acquired knowledge by the participants. The training is followed by the realization of an improvement project or a Lean approach and will allow to obtain the Black Belt Lean Healthcare certificate under certain conditions.
